About Us
Terían is a restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel Kea in the town center of Akureyri, with an emphasis on Italian and French cuisine.
The name comes from back in the day, when this most historic hotel in town ran a popular restaurant named Terían for years in the same space, as Akureyri's residents are familiar with.
Terían is the sister restaurant of Múlabergs Bistro&Bar, which is located on the floor above. The same team is behind the two locations, but Terían opened in July 2024 after extensive construction and changes to the premises.
Terían offers a breakfast buffet every morning, brunch and lunch - as well as light but classic dishes in the evening.
Terían & Múlaberg are incredibly lucky to have the most amazing and ambitious team of professionals who look forward to keep surprising our guests with food&drink in a new way in this new restaurant.
